SalesforceBulkReader - ability to read deleted records

    Description

      Since Salesforce API version 39, it's possible to read deleted records (i.e. records in the recycle bin) through Bulk API. In previous versions this was only possible in SOAP API.

      This is already a supported feature in SalesforceReader, but missing in SalesforceBulkReader.

      Add the support to SalesforceBulkReader.
