Expanded EventListenerTable not showing correct information when creating failing listener

If you create a failing listener when the table is not expanded, the table correctly updates and indicated there is a failure.

if you do the same while the table is expanded then there is no indication of the error even though it already failed once. (FileEventListener_1 should have a failure already)
