      Description

Prior to CLO-11969, we (CloverDX) have been using executeUpdate() in DBExecute which was capable of returning an affected row count value. It was ignored back then and ultimately got replaced by execute() which does not return any value. It would be useful though to be able to get the affected row count value when calling an update query which should be viable when using getUpdateCount().
