SQL Query editor - browse DB and query assistant

As a user creating new SQL Query Metadata or editing existing one, I want to be able to browse schema and create query with the help of graphical editor, so that I can easily create non-trivial select query for my metadata.

In order to simplify creation of the query, introduce Browse action which opens SQL Query Editor, allows me to browse the schema and generate the query.
