    Description

      Action should be in sandboxes tree and directory / sandbox detail 

      • we don't need upload of directories
      • should handle upload of files as large as http post request size of app server (check the limits)
      • upload only single file (we don't want to deal with conflicts)
      • upload fails if there is a conflict in name
      • partitioned / local sandboxes - do not allow upload to virtual directories
