Description
As an evaluator of Server, I want to be able to easily find out URL of Server Console after I start up the Server bundle.
We expect evaluators to know almost nothing about our Server. When they install it and run it, they will see just a console with lots of log messages. They might not know that it is a web app deployed to Tomcat and it has some UI accessible via browser (and even if they know it, it is not easy to find out the URL). So we want to find an easy way how to inform the user that there is Server Console accessible via browser and it's URL.
Possible solution
Log a message to the Server log when it starts up. There could be some ASCII art so the message is clearly visible and catches an eye.
Optional: also show a location of sandboxes
Notes
- the message must be logged in the bundle installed by installer only, so it should be disabled by default and enabled e.g. by a Server config property
- if it is not possible to discover the actual URL, we can just hardcode localhost
