If the sandbox watched by FileEventListener contains too many files, the Server fails with
Java exception: 'A truncation error was encountered trying to shrink CLOB 'XXXX' to length 32000.: org.apache.derby.iapi.services.io.DerbyIOException'.
Then it's necessary to enlarge the field in the DB manually. For more information see OTRS ticket # 2012060510000046

      Description

Server stores metadata about observed files (name, timestamp, size) into field "listener_data" in table "event_listener". When there is too many files (6100 in this case) size of that particular field exceeds limit and exception appears.

Workaround: Increase size of blob field "listener_data" in table "event_listener"
