      Description

      I have a graph A containing a subgraph Z and I am setting their properties in Server's Web GUI. I set max_running_concurrently property of A to 1.

When I click to Z, I see the same property there as if it was set as the subgraph's property. When I delete it here, the property is deleted also for the graph A. We should look into this issue and figure out, which properties are supposed to be passed to subgraphs and how. Moreover, properties of the graph and the subgraph should be properly labeled to make clear where they come from.

Then I continue and set the same property of Z to 2. This is even more confusing as there are two identical properties set on Z, see the attached screenshot. Properties of the graph A are very confusing as well. The property set on Z is labeled as if it was inherited from the parent sandbox, see another attached screenshot.

When I create graph B and set max_running concurrently to 3, the issues are multiplying. Subgraph Z has all three properties and graph B has two of them - it's own one and the subgraph's one.

I should note that I did not tested these properties in action so I do not know which of them applies in which situation. So I am not sure whether this issue is related only to GUI or it affects the graphs run as well.

Please revise all the properties. Think about how inheritance of the properties should work (probably not the same for all of them). And improve the GUI to reflect the actual state.
