Drop support for 32b Windows Designer

Description

Remove support for 32b Designer - stop producing builds, do not test it anymore, remove from docs. Check with support and marketing (downloads) where it's OK.

Removed from documentation:
CloverDX Designer → Graphs → Connections → Database Connections → Windows Authentication on Microsoft SQL Server

Checked designer documentation on cloveretl.doc-CLO-19434 #1, found 2 places in documentation which possibly deserves an update, please see attached screenshots and consider.
Note: Possible duplicate documentation of MDM installation in designer and server documentations?
