Server Simple API Catalog: import and export of configuration are missing option for Operations Dashboard

Server login page -> click Server Simple API Catalog

There are forms for import/export of configuration with options for include of parts of config. Operations Dashboard is missing.

Solves what I forgot to add when changing import/export.

backend side of feature is already implemented in ImportServerConfiguration.java and ExportServerConfiguration.java
