After linking a parameter file editing its name in the Outline through Source and saving results in new file being created.
A customer is using a dynamic parameter to resolve an environment, this value is then used in a parameter file path to select relevant parameter file.
e.g. ../param/parameters_${ENV}.prm
When parameter in ${ENV} propagates a value for which there is no parameter file, a new empty file is created.
